The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies to organize and carry out a training programme (4 targeted trainings; 4 working days each training session) on negotiations for representatives of Moldovan public authorities involved in the negotiations of Association Agreement between Republic of Moldova and European Union.    

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Training Programme on EU negotiations” should reach the UNDP office no later than 28 May 2010, 16:30 local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
