The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for structural design works for a Conference Hall within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Republic of Moldova. One of existing rooms will be reconstructed into a modern conference facility.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Structural design works. MFAEI Conference Hall” should reach the UNDP office no later than 13 April 2010, 16:30, local time.

UNDP Moldova will organize a pre-bidding conference on 1 April 2010 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested applicants are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please send a message to by COB on 31 March 2010. The pre-bidding conference will take place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
