The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a specialized company to organize and carry out a training programme for participants of the Working Groups on negotiation process of the RM- EU New Agreement through the period of April  – December 2010 (8 targeted trainings; 4 working days each training session)

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Training Programme on EU negotiations” should reach the UNDP office no later than 31 March 2010, 16:30 local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
