UNDP Moldova seeks a specialized Company/NGO to organize a hackathon for supporting NGOs, start-ups and software developers in developing innovative information solutions to address corruption and engage public in preventing corruption, as well as raise public awareness on the need to prevent corruption, with the general objective to strengthen the demand-side for enhanced implementation of the anticorruption policies and zero-tolerance to corruption.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
