UNDP Moldova hereby solicits your bid for the supply of Crew vans/Combi Minivans in accordance with the attached bidding documents.

On 09 March 2016 at 14:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to lidia.marchitan@undp.org by COB 08 March 2016.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 17 March 2016 at 14:00 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 17/03/2016: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents and extending the deadline for the competition until 24 March 2016, 12:00 (Moldova local time). Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 24 March 2016 at 14:00 (Moldova local time).
