IMLDP seeks an experienced company (hereinafter the Service Provider)  that has the capacity to support it in the elaboration and implementation of a communication package on the importance of linking migration and development, of improving communication between central and local public authorities, community stakeholders and migrants as well as project’s visibility and awareness through the provided Public Relations and Communication Services.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 4-7.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
