The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Moldova invites you to submit your quotation for Procurement of software products and utilities, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

UPDATE 05/10/2015: A set of clarification questions received from prospective offerors as of 05 October 2015 and respective answers is published below. Also, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents and extending the deadline for the competition until 09 October 2015, 16:30 (Moldova local time). Amendment no. 1 to the Request for Quotation document is published below. Changes are marked in red within the document.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
