The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites qualified comapnies to submit their proposals for the production of two web-pages within the Moldova Energy and Biomass Project.

UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3^rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, a pre-bidding conference on 14 September 2015 at 14:00. Representatives of all interested offerors are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Mihail Maciuca, MEBP Procurement and Contract Management Officer, (e-mail: mihail.maciuca@undp.org) by COB on 11 September 2015.

UPDATE 21/09/2015: Minutes of the Pre-proposal Conference held on 14/09/2015 are now published below.

Offers, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
