Background

UNDP Moldova is continuously updating the Roster of National Consultants possessing technical expertise in the areas mentioned in Annex 1 to the present announcement, and therefore is looking for experts with specialized professional qualifications and proven ability to deliver quality results on short term contracts.

Requirements for experience

  • University Degree. PhD degree desired, but not mandatory;
  • Minimum 5 years of related professional experience;
  • Experience with UN agencies is an asset;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Demonstrated capacity building skills, willingness to share knowledge and lessons learnt with colleagues;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnical environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Romanian. Good command of English and Russian;
  • Proven commitment to the core values of the United Nations, in particular, respecting differences of culture, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, language, age, HIV status, disability, and sexual orientation, or other status.
