We kindly request you to submit your quotation for carrying out structural-design works (drawings and technical specifications for reconstruction works), cost estimates, bill of quantities and appropriate professional services, as detailed in Annexes 1 and 2 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 3.

In order to submit diligent quotation, Offerors are encouraged to inspect the condition of space subject to renovation. In order to schedule a field visit to the premises, please send a message to Diana Lisnic (diana.lisnic@undp.org). Representatives of all interested Offerors are invited to schedule the visit.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
