The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites specialized companies to submit an offer to this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposals, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
