The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites specialized consulting organizations to submit an offer to this Request for Proposal (RFP).

 Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. 

On 17 March 2015 at 13:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to olesea.cazacu@undp.org.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
