The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) hereby invites qualified companies to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

 Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach UN Women office no later than 02 March 2015, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
