The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on behalf of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

On 28 January 2015 at 14:00 OHCHR Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at 131, 31 august 1989 Street. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to violeta.fetescu@one.un.org by COB on Monday, 26 January 2015.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
