We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the development of the Official Website of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova (http://www.parlament.md). When preparing your proposals, please be guided by the Request for Proposal document and Terms of Reference (TOR) attached hereto as Annex 1 (in English language) and Annex 2 (in Romanian language).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RfP14/00912: Development of the Official Website of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova” should reach the UNDP office no later than 26 November 2014, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
