The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

On 27 October 2014 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, room 305. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to victoria.fonari@undp.org by COB on Friday, 24 October 2014.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
