UNDP Moldova hereby solicits your bid for the supply of 5 (five) Crew/Combi Minivans for the Forensic Unit of the General Police Inspectorate. 

UNDP Moldova will organize on its premises at UN House Conference Room (131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova) a pre-bidding conference on 26 September 2014 at 14:00. Representatives of all interested offerors are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Lidia Marchitan, Project Associate (lidia.marchitan@undp.org) by COB on 25 September 2014.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 09 October 2014 at 14:00 (Moldova local time).
