You are kindly requested to submit your quotation providing logistic support in the organization of a series of events (trainings/workshops/joint retreats) for services providers and exchange of experience between the raions on Joint Information and Services Bureaus operation and relevant authorities from the central/local level events (trainings/workshops/joint retreats) for representatives of Roma women, events for women Mayors and councilors as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 28 July 2014, 16:30 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
