Proiectul “Consolidarea capacităţilor naţionale de protejare a celor mai vulnerabile persoane din Republica Moldova de tortură” lansează Programul de Granturi deschis ONG-urilor înregistrate pe teritoriul Moldovei, inclusiv celor din regiunea transnistreană.

Propunerile de proiect trebuie să se axeze pe dezvoltarea litigării strategice în Moldova (incluzând regiunea transnistreană dacă este posibil) în cazurile de tortură.

În cadrul acestui Program de Granturi, vor fi selectate două proiecte şi va fi acordat un grant în valoare de până la 20.000 dolari SUA pentru fiecare proiect.

Termenul limită de depunere a propunerilor de proiect este: luni, 28 iulie 2014, ora 10:00 (ora locală a Moldovei). Propunerile de proiect primite după termenul limită nu vor fi examinate.

Proiectul “Consolidarea capacităţilor naţionale de protejare a celor mai vulnerabile persoane din Republica Moldova de tortură” este finanţat de către Uniunea Europeană şi co-finanţat şi implementat de către Programul Naţiunilor Unite pentru Dezvoltare în Moldova în consultare cu Oficiul Înaltului Comisar ONU pentru Drepturile Omului, Fundația Est Europeană și Fundația Soros-Moldova. Scopul acestui Proiect este de a contribui la prevenirea torturii și luptei împotriva impunității pe întreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova, inclusiv în regiunea transnistreană, în special în ceea ce privește femeile şi bărbaţii cei mai vulnerabili cu dezabilități psiho-sociale și intelectuale din instituţiile medicale de boli psihice.


Проект «Укрепление национального потенциала для защиты наиболее уязвимых лиц от пыток в Республике  Молдове» запускает Программу грантов для НПО, зарегистрированных на территории Республики Молдова, в том числе в Приднестровском регионе.

Проектные предложения должны быть направлены на развитие стратегических тяжб по делам о пытках в Молдове (в том числе в приднестровском регионе, если это возможно).

В рамках этой Программы грантов будут отобраны два проекта и для осуществления каждого проекта будет выделен грант в размере до 20.000 долларов США.

Заявки принимаются до ​​10.00 часов (местное время в Молдове) понедельника, 28 июля 2014. Заявления, поступившие после этого срока, рассматриваться не будут.

Проект «Укрепление национального потенциала для защиты наиболее уязвимых лиц от пыток в Республике Молдова» финансируется Европейским Союзом и со-финансируется и реализуется Программой развития Организации Объединенных Наций в Молдове при консультациях с Офисом Верховного комиссара ООН по правам человека, Восточно-европейским Фондом и Фондом Сороса – Молдова. Цель данного Проекта -   способствовать предотвращению пыток и борьбе с безнаказанностью на всей территории Республики Молдова, в том числе в Приднестровском регионе, в особенности относительно наиболее уязвимых женщин и мужчин с психосоциальными и умственными ограниченными способностями, находящихся в психиатрических медицинских учреждениях.


The «Strengthening National Capacities to Protect the Most Vulnerable from Torture in Moldova» Project announces an Expression of Interest for Grants opened for NGOs registered in the Republic of Moldova, including Transnistrian region.

Project proposals should focus on the development of strategic litigation in Moldova (including the Transnistrian region, if possible) on the cases of torture.

Within this Expression of Interest, two projects will be selected and a grant up to 20,000 USD will be provided for each project. Original and innovative project proposals will have priority.

Deadline for submission of proposals: Monday, 28 July 2014, 10.00 o’clock (Moldova local time). Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

The Project «Strengthening National Capacities to Protect the Most Vulnerable from Torture in Moldova» is funded by the European Union and co-funded and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in Moldova in consultations with the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the East Europe Foundation and the Soros Foundation – Moldova. The goal of this Project is to contribute to the prevention of torture and fighting against impunity on the whole territory of the Republic of Moldova, including Transnistrian region, especially in respect of the most vulnerable women and men with psycho-social and intellectual disabilities in mental health facilities.
