The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

On 27 September 2013 at 09:30 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to elena.verdes@undp.org by COB on Thursday, 26 September 2013.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
