ENGLISH VERSION The United Nations Development Programme in Ukriane within the framework of its “European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM)” project hereby invites interested persons to participate in the SEALED-BID SALE OF VEHICLES. UNDP Ukraine intends to sell the following vehicles: Lot 1 Land Rover Freelander 2 (year 2008, 2179 cm3, diesel, 150 Hp, manual, fabric, not customs cleared) Lot 2 Land Rover Defender (year 2008, 2402 cm3 , diesel, 122 Hp, manual, fabric, not customs cleared) Lot 3 Land Rover Defender (year 2008, 2402 cm3 , diesel, 122 Hp, manual, fabric, not customs cleared) The vehicles are sold on “as is – where is” basis. No test driving is allowed. The vehicle will be available for inspection only on the following dates 31 July 2013, 07 August 2013, 14 August 2013, from 15:00 till 16:00 hrs. at the following address: 19, Berezniakovskaya Str., Kiev. Bids shall be submitted by Close of Business (17:00) of 18 August 2013 (Odessa time) only to the following e-mail address: tenders@eubam.org. Late bids will not be accepted. UNDP reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. The potential winner will be contacted via telephone on 19 August 2013 between 14:00 – 16:00 hrs (Odessa local time) in order to confirm the purchasing intention. Payment of registration fees, transportation, insurance or any import or sale tax or other costs shall be at the expense of the purchaser who also shall bear the any banking fee associated with the bank transfer. Заявки, поступившие позже, приниматься не будут. Представительство ООН имеет право отклонить любую заявку и/или все заявки. Подтверждение намерения совершить покупку будет запрошено у потенциального победителя торгов по телефону 19 августа 2013 в промежутке между 14:00 и 16:00 часами (по Одесскому времени). Все затраты, связанные с регистрацией, транспортировкой, страховкой или любые другие затраты несёт Покупатель, который также несет любые банковские расходы, связанные с переводом средств.
