“Support to Confidence Building Measures” Programme invites design offices to participate in a tender for carrying out structural-design works (drawings and technical specifications for renovation works), estimate of costs, bill of quantities and appropriate professional services to be developed by authorised companies.

Overall objective: Provision of architectural and engineering services with emphasis on development of structural design required for construction/reconstruction of (4) four social infrastructural projects.

UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises at "Le Roi" Business Centre (29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova) a pre-bidding conference on 01 August 2013 at 14:00. Representatives of all interested offerors are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Victoria Fonari, SCBM Program Assistant (victoria.fonari@undp.org) by COB on 31 July 2013.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Deadline of Proposal Submission is 09 August 2013, 11:00 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
