The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Offers shall be clearly marked with: RFP13/00672 "Provision of feasibility study on establishing a Public-Private Partnership for pelletizing biomass".

A pre-proposal conference will be held on 26 June 2013 at 11:00 on UNDP premises located at 29, Sfatul Tarii Str., of. 305. Representatives of all interested applicants are invited to attend. Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
