Programme based budgeting: Training in performance based budgeting (PBB) concept for policy makers and high level officials in Moldova
Objective:
- To acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the PBB concept (by top managers) enabling to understand it and use it as a managerial tool, accenting the specific features of the PBB concept;
- To discuss, also in an international environment, recent European and global developments and importance of fiscal sustainability for economic growth, and dependence of fiscal sustainability on proper public finance management system
- To share experience from the budget reforms implemented in Slovakia
Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
