the sale of office vehicle

Instructions and Sale Conditions

• Starting price: 6,500 Euro;
• The vehicle can be inspected in the period 6 – 13 July 2009, between 09:00 and 17:30 at the following address: # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau;
• The sale will be made to the highest bidder, based on the offers received;
• Offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the UNDP Office at the address # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau, not later than 16:30 (local time) on 14 July 2009. The offers shall be marked with the note “PEUGEOT”. The bid shall contain the offered price, date of submission and bidder’s contact information. Late bids, or those submitted in un-sealed envelopes, shall not be considered. Offers can also be submitted electronically to the following email address: tenders-Moldova@undp.org;
• UNDP reserves the right to reject any bid without providing the reasons for doing so;
• Payment shall be made in cash or by bank transfer in Moldovan Lei at the UN Operational Rate of Exchange on the day of payment;
• The buyer agrees that the vehicle is sold “as is, where is”, in its present technical state without any written guarantees;
• The sold vehicle is not subject to return or exchange;
• The vehicle is cleared of customs formalities;
• The vehicle shall be handed-over only upon payment of full bid price;
• Payment and receipt of vehicle shall be done within 5 working days following the announcement of the winner;
• UNDP shall not bear the responsibility for any repairs or any other service charges of the sold vehicle;
• The buyer shall bear all related transportation and insurance costs of the sold vehicle.
