RFP for Training Program on Decentralization for Public Servants and Elected Officials

UNDP/JILDP seeks academic institutions (called bellow Institutions) that have capacity to provide support for APA to develop a program and conduct training activities on decentralization for central and local public authorities from Moldova.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
