The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified NGOs/companies to facilitate development of Local Socio-Economic Development Strategy, and to facilitate development and implementation of Gender Equality local development project initiatives in Transnistrian region of Moldova.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy only. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
