The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies for the production of a set of video and audio materials as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: production of video - audio materials for MEBP communication campaign” should reach the UNDP office no later than 11 November 2011, 16:30, local time.
