Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Development and delivery of training and self-study materials for commercial fuel suppliers in MEBP-assisted communities” should reach the UNDP office no later than October 11, 2011, 16:30 hours, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
