We would kindly request you to submit your quotation for supplying one ambulance as per specifications outlined in RfQ (attached to this announcement).

1. All equipment must be covered by minimum 2 (two) years warranty period

2. Prices shall be preferably quoted in EURO exclusive of VAT, INCOTERMS DDU Chisinau. In case other currency is offered, the comparison of offers will be based on the prevailing IOM rate of exchange.

3. The total Price shall include all the costs for the supply and delivery of the Goods and any Incidental Services

4. All prices to be quoted must be valid at least within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation.

5. Deadline for submitting quotations – December 12, 2010;

6. Expected delivery date - March 5, 2011;

7. Awarding criterions:
- Compliance with the specifications including delivery requirements;
- Delivery schedule;
- Price

8. All payments will be made after delivery of goods. Where advance payment shall be requested it will have to be secured by a Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank.

9. IOM will not be responsible for any bank service charges.
