We kindly request Event organizers to submit their quotation not later than 16:30 (local time) on 07 September, 2010.
Location: Chisinau.
Participants: approximately - 150 in total (number might slightly vary), out of which 110 requiring hotel accommodation.
Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

Notice for electronic submission of offers
Electronic offers shall be submitted by email to the following email address: tenders-Moldova@undp.org. Please, follow the special instructions related to electronic submission of offers described in the solicitation documents. Messages should not exceed 5 MB in size. Offers larger than 5 MB should be split into several messages and each message subject should indicate “part x of y” besides the marking mentioned in the announcement and the solicitation documents.
