1. You are requested to submit a proposal for elaboration of 3 Feasibility Studies for creating of Industrial Parks based on joint stock companies as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

2. To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:

• Instructions to Offerors                                   (Annex I)
• General Conditions of Contract                         (Annex II)
• Terms of Reference (TOR)                               (Annex III)
• Proposal Submission Form                                (Annex IV)
• Price Schedule/Financial Proposal                      (Annex V)

3. Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Services for elaborating 3 Feasibility Studies for creating of Industrial Parks based on joint stock companies” should reach the UNDP office no later than 13 September 2010, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
