The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for undertaking a comprehensive assessment of the needs of Moldovan rural and sub-urban women in terms of vulnerability and skills as well as access to and perception of services provided to them by both state and private institutions/organisations and provide recommendations for their further improvement.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Services for assessment of women needs in four pilot rayons in the rural area of Moldova/UNIFEM WEE program” should reach the UNDP office no later than 16 August 2010, 17:00, local time.

Offers shall be clearly marked with “RFP: Services for assessment of women needs in four pilot rayons in the rural area of Moldova/UNIFEM WEE program”
