You are requested to submit a proposal for providing support to vulnerable communities (Transnistria Region) for better planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation and service provision as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Support vulnerable communities (Transnistria Region) for better planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation and service provision – JILDP” should reach the UNDP office no later than 13 July 2010, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
