You are kindly requested to submit your quotation for the following items before 16:30 (local time) on 1 July 2010.

Offerors are invited to visit the UN House during the period of 21-30 June 2010 in order to assess the current situation and make the necessary measurements, in order to be able to produce a detailed proposal and bill of quantities. For scheduling a visit, please contact Radu Dusciac, Procurement Associate, at radu.dusciac@undp.org.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
