The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for providing consultancy services – assistance to the Mayoralty of Chisinau Municipality for promoting Internal Institutional Modernization Reform.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Consultancy services – assistance to the Mayoralty of Chisinau Municipality for promoting Internal Institutional Modernization Reform /CMD” should reach the UNDP office no later than 17 March 2010, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
