The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for the preparation of a feasibility study of the SMEs environment in the Transnistrian region of Republic of Moldova in line with the Terms of Reference attached in Annex III. The “Feasibility study on SME Development in TN region” is to be formulated by a team of independent national or international experts, under the leadership of UNDP.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Feasibility study on SME development in the Transnistrian region” should reach the UNDP office no later than 9 March 2010, 16:00, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
