The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for provision of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services for the implementation of an Integrated Information System for Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (MFAEI) of Republic of Moldova.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Integrated Information System for MFAEI” should reach the UNDP office no later than 19 March 2010, 4:00 p.m., local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.

UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises a pre-bidding conference on 24 February 2010 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested applicants are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please send a message to alexandru.pelivan@undp.org by COB 23 February 2010.
