The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your quotation for Video and audio recording Facilities, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Quotations shall be submitted in English or Romanian duly signed and stamped and shall be marked with the note “RfQ16/01193: Video and audio recording Facilities for Justice and Human Rights Projects Management Unit”.

UPDATE 24/02/2016: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no. 1 to the Request for Quotation document - Technical Specifications are now published below. Changes are marked in red within the documents.

UPDATE 02/03/2016: A set of clarification questions received from prospective offerors as of 2 March 2016 and respective answers is published below.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
