UNDP Moldova CO hereby undertaking a solicitation of bid proposals from travel agencies who are interested to provide air travel services.

In that respect, UNDP Moldova CO invites travel agencies to participate in the competitive bidding for the provision of the above mentioned travel services.

 Companies are cordially invited to complete the documents as described in the “Instructions to Offerers” in two separate sealed envelopes labelled “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” for “RFP: Procurement of Travel Management Services for UNDP Moldova”. The proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes to UNDP Office in Moldova not later than 28 January, 2009 till 17.00 h.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

Notice for electronic submission of offers Electronic offers shall be submitted by email to the following email address: tenders-Moldova@undp.org. Please, follow the special instructions related to electronic submission of offers described in the solicitation documents. Messages should not exceed 5 MB in size. Offers larger than 5 MB should be split into several messages and each message subject should indicate “part x of y” besides the marking mentioned in the announcement and the solicitation documents. All electronic submissions are confirmed by an automatic reply from tenders-Moldova@undp.org. If you do not receive a confirmation by email, please, contact UNDP Moldova Registry Office by phone +373-22-220045. Offers received after the deadline shall be rejected.
