With the aim to provide cleaning services for UN House in Moldova, the UNDP CO is exploring the possibility of engaging a supplier on a recurrent basis. UNDP Moldova envisages signing a Long Term Agreement on cleaning services for two years with the option to renew for one additional year, subject to a satisfactory performance evaluation.

 UN House hosts a number of UN Agencies present in the Republic of Moldova – UNDP, UNICEF and UNFPA. The total cleaning area for all three above agencies constitutes 1370 m².

 You are kindly requested to submit your quotation for the following items before close of business on 22 January, 2010.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

a) Documents/offers in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:
