UNDP Moldova invites interested companies which have demonstrated experience in undertaking civil works in Moldova to submit their bids for undertaking civil works of 1, 2 or 3 project sites located on Both Banks of Nistru River. 

The Works are split into two (2) LOTs, such as follows:

Lot 1: Educational, socio-cultural and sport services provided by the complex in Varnita village

Lot 2, Site 1: Repair works in the Youth Creation Palace from Dubasari town

Lot 2, Site 2: Repair works of the Culture Hall building in Rascov village

On 10 November 2015 at 15:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at UN House Conference Room, #131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. To confirm participation, please, send a message to liliana.samburschii@undp.org by COB on Monday, 09 November 2015.

Bids must be submitted on or before 12:00 (Moldova local time) on 25 November 2015. Late bids shall be rejected.

UPDATE 18/11/2015: Minutes of the Pre-proposal Conference held on 10/11/2015 are now published below.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at UN House Conference Room, #131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 25 November 2015 at 14:00 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
