JILDP seeks an experienced company (hereinafter the Service Provider)  that has the capacity to develop/amend and to employ the SMS-polling tool, which will enable LPA’s representatives to initiate and perform inquiries/micro-polling among community residents, collect and analyze the responses and use the respective data in the local decision-making.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 4-7.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
