UNDP Moldova hereby solicits your bid for the supply of Laboratory Equipment for Solid-Biomass Fuel Quality Certification in accordance with the attached bidding documents.

On 24 September 2015 at 10:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3^rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to mihail.maciuca@undp.org by COB 23 September 2015.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 06 October 2015 at 17:00 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 02/10/2015: UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for the competition until 09 October 2015, 11:00 (Moldova local time). Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 09 October 2015 at 12:00 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
