The Support to Confidence Building Measures Programme (SCBM Programme) is funded by the European Union and implemented by the UNDP Moldova.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites specialised companies or consortium of companies to submit a Proposal in respect of assessing the actual and potential level of quantitative data use by the Programme’s stakeholders in targeted communities and the impact it may have on the development assistance provided by SCBM Programme.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposals, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2 of the RfP.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
