We kindly request you to submit your quotation for provision and installation of networking equipment, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

UPDATE 18/08/2015: A set of clarification questions received from prospective offerors as of 18 August 2015 and respective answers is published below. Also, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no. 1 to the Request for Quotation document is published below. Changes are marked in red within the document.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.

UPDATE 24/08/2015: UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for the competition until 03 September 2015, 16:30 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 25/08/2015: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Annex 1 (Technical Specifications) of the Request for Quotation document is amended to include additional information and/or make certain corrections in various of its parts. Changes are marked in red within the document. The amended version of Annex 1 is published below. Annex 3 (Technical Responsiveness Table) of the Request for Quotation document is also amended in line with changes made above and is published below.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
