The Support to Confidence Building Measures Programme (SCBM Programme) invites designing/construction companies to participate in a tender for the provision of technical assessment, developing of cost estimates and technical supervision during the reconstruction stage of the object. The SCBM Programme will select a number of 30 objects from both bank of the Nistru river which are the localities were services shall be provided.

UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on 24 July 2015 at 11:00 on the following address UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Representatives of all interested offerors are invited to attend. UPDATE 22/07/2015: Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instruction to Proposers, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no. 1 to the Request for Proposals document is published below. Changes are marked in red within the document. In accordance with the amendment, the location of the pre-proposal conference is changed to LeRoi Business Center, room 305, #29, Sfatul Tarii Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.
