The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

On 16 July 2015 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bid conference at “Le Roi” Business Center, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. Interested parties can attend the pre-bid conference either in person or through a Skype video-conference. Interested parties are requested to inform the UNDP focal point about the way they intend to attend the pre-bid conference and to provide a Skype contact, in case the participation is on-line. To confirm participation, please, send a message to liliana.caterov@undp.org by COB on 15 July 2015.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 31 July 2015 at 12:00 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 31/07/2015: UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for the competition until 12 August 2015, 11:00. The public bid opening will take place on 12 August 2015, 12:00 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
