The Project «Supporting National Human Rights Institutions as per International Treaty Bodies and UPR Recommendations»announces an Expression of Interest opened for mass media or mass media NGOs registered in the Republic of Moldova, including Transnistrian region. The projects approved for funding should be implemented from August 2015 to September 2016 (implementation period should be maximum 14 months). 

Project proposals should focus on the mainstreaming and promoting equality and human rights, public awareness, cooperation with the Ombudsperson Office for equality, human rights protection and promotion of submission of complaints to the Equality Council on at least following prohibited grounds: disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity (including Roma), language, state of health (people living with HIV, people with AIDS diagnosis, etc.) on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, including Transnistrian region.

Within this Expression of Interest, 6 projects will be selected and grants up to 15.000 USD for one project will be provided. Original and innovative project proposals will have a priority.

An orientation meeting for potential applicants will be organized on 23 June 2015 (time, location and agenda will be announced by e-mail to participants who confirm participation). Interested potential applicants are requested to confirm their participation by 22 June 2015 to liudimila.iachim@undp.org.  

The Project «Supporting National Human Rights Institutions as per International Treaty Bodies and UPR Recommendations» is funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in Moldova (UNDP) and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in cooperation with the Ombudsperson Office and the Equality Council. The goal of the Project is to contribute to the effective protection and promotion of human rights, equality and non-discrimination on the whole territory of Republic of Moldova, including Transnistrian region with particular attention to women, minorities, marginalized and vulnerable groups.

Proiectul ”Susținerea Instituțiilor Naționale pentru Protecția și Promovarea Drepturilor Omului (INPPDO) conform recomandărilor Comitetelor Convențiilor ONU și Revizuirii Periodice Universale (UPR)” lansează Programul de Granturi deschis pentru organizaţiile media sau ONG-le din domeniul mass-media înregistrate în Republica Moldova, inclusiv în regiunea transnistreană. Proiectul aprobat spre finanțare va fi implementat în perioada august 2015 - septembrie 2016 (perioada de implementare având o durată de maxim 14 luni). 

Propunerile de proiect trebuie să se axeze pe integrarea şi promovarea egalității şi drepturilor omului, sensibilizarea opiniei publice, cooperarea cu Oficiul Avocatului Poporului pentru protecția și promovarea egalității și a drepturilor omului, promovarea depunerii plângerilor la Consiliul pentru Prevenirea și Eliminarea Discriminării și Asigurarea Egalității cel puțin cu privire la următoarele criterii de discriminare: dizabilitate, sex, gen, orientare sexuală, etnie (inclusiv romi), limbă, starea de sănătate (persoanele care trăiesc cu HIV, persoane diagnosticate cu SIDA, etc.) pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, inclusiv regiunea transnistreană.

În cadrul acestui concurs (Exprimare de Interes), vor fi selectate și vor fi acordate granturi pentru 6 (șase) proiecte, în sumă de până la 15.000 USD per proiect. Propunerile de proiect originale și inovative vor avea prioritate.

Condiţiile de participare la concursul de granturi, privind cheltuielile neeligibile, de selectare şi implementare a proiectelor pot fi găsite în Ghidul Solicitantului.* 

ședință de orientare pentru potenţialii solicitanţi va fi organizată pe 23 iunie 2015 (ora, locaţia şi ordinea de zi vor fi anunţate prin e-mail participanţilor care vor confirma participarea). Scopul proiectului este de a contribui la protecţia şi promovarea eficientă a drepturilor omului, egalităţii şi nediscriminării pe întreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova, inclusiv regiunea transnistreană, cu o atenţie deosebită acordată femeilor, minorităţilor, grupurilor marginalizate şi vulnerabile.

Проект «Поддержка национальных учреждений в области защиты и продвижения прав человека в соответствии с рекомендациями международных договорных органов и УПО» инициирует программу грантов для НПО в сфере средств массовой информации, зарегистрированных в Республике Молдова, в том числе в Приднестровском регионе. Проекты, финансирование которых будет одобрено, подлежат внедрению в период с августа 2015 года по сентябрь 2016 года (период внедрения не должен превышать 14 месяцев).

Проектные предложения должны быть нацелены на интеграцию и продвижение равенства и прав человека, повышение уровня информированности общественности, сотрудничество с Офисом Народного адвоката для защиты и продвижения  равенства и прав человека, поддержку в подаче в Совет по равенству жалоб на дискриминацию по, как минимум, следующим признакам: инвалидность, пол, гендерноен равенство, сексуальная ориентация, этническая принадлежность (в частности, рома), язык, состояние здоровья (люди, живущие с ВИЧ) на территории Республики Молдова, в том числе в Приднестровском регионе.

В рамках настоящей Программы грантов будет отобрано 6 проектов и предоставлены гранты в размере до 15.000 долларов США для продвижения каждого проекта. Приоритет будет отдан оригинальным и новаторским проектным предложениям.

23 июня 2015 года состоится ориентационная встреча для потенциальных заявителей (время, место и повестка дня встречи будут направлены по электронной почте участникам, подтвердившим свое участие). Заинтересованным потенциальным заявителям предлагается до 22 июня 2015 года подтвердить свое участие в ориентационной встрече по адресу: liudimila.iachim@undp.org.  

Проект «Поддержка национальных учреждений в области защиты и продвижения прав человека в соответствии с рекомендациями международных договорных органов и УПО» финансируется Министерством иностранных дел Норвегии и реализуется в рамках Программы развития Организации Объединенных Наций в Молдове (ПРООН) и Управлением Верховного комиссара ООН по правам человека (УВКПЧ ООН) в сотрудничестве с Офисом Народного адвоката и Советом по равенству. Проект ставит перед собой цель - способствовать защите и эффективному продвижению прав человека, равенства и недискриминации на всей территории Республики Молдова, в том числе в Приднестровском регионе, при особом внимании к проблемам женщин, меньшинства, маргинализованных и уязвимых групп.
