We kindly request interested companies to submit their proposals for the Design and conduct a public opinion survey on the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Moldova, as detailed in ToR of this RFP. When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the RfP document and ToR, which is Section 3 of the RfP attached hereto.

Proposals may be submitted on or before  03 July 2015, 16:30 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
